The shipment was originally scheduled for September 2023, but faced delays due to various reasons, including challenges in identifying a local manufacturer for the 'Make in India' requirement, Covid-19, and trade restrictions. To overcome these hurdles, CRRC partnered with Titagarh Rail to manufacture the coaches in India. The remaining 204 coaches are also being manufactured by Titagarh Rail in India, with the delivery of all 216 coaches expected by March 2025.

Is problem ko solve karne ke liye, CRRC ne Kolkata ki Titagarh Rail se partnership ki hai aur India me coaches banaye ja rahe hain. Baki 204 coaches bhi Titagarh Rail India me bana rahi hai, aur March 2025 tak saare 216 coaches deliver ho jaayenge.
