Manager (DRM) office and Central Railway Workshop on Mananthavadi Road. The Union claims that the NPS implemented in 2004 is not a win-win situation for employees, as retired employees receive meager pensions. The strike is part of a series of protests by the All India Railwaymen’s Federation (AIRF) and affiliated unions demanding the restoration of the old pension scheme for all Central and State government employees and teachers.

Mananthavadi Road par Central Railway Workshop ke samne relay hunger strike organize kiya hai. Union ka kehna hai ki 2004 mein implement kiya gaya NPS employees ke liye win-win situation nahi hai, kyunki retired employees ko kam pension mil raha hai. Ye strike All India Railwaymen’s Federation (AIRF) aur uske affiliated unions ke taraf se old pension scheme ko sabhi Central aur State government employees aur teachers ke liye vapis lane ki demand karne wale protests ki series ka ek hissa hai.
