nope. ITR-NAB line starts from ITR in eastward alignment & ends in NAB entering from westward alignment. So unless NAB bypass is made, ITR-NAB line will lessen pressure from NGP-G mainline only. In future NGP-G will have 4 routes via NGP-KAV-TMR-G, NGP-NITR-KAV-TMR-G, NGP-KAV-TMR-KGE-BTC-G & NGP-NITR-NAB-G. 1st 2 routes are 130.5 kms long, 3rd one is 231kms & 4th one is longest at 237.5 kms.
