i think , its an NWR train set , they will have to transfer it first to NR first... it is obvious that DEC-UDZ morning direction will always be more profitable..
Regarding direct competition with AII VB and DD , it won't happen in any direction as there will be sufficient gap between the train.. like if it leaves UDZ at 530-600 in the morning .. it will reach AII by 0915-0945 hours.. plus .. AII VB is getting extended to CDG... so its passenger load will gonna increase..
