first priority is to c it as PRYJ - CNB - Agra - MTJ VB.
If not successful, then extend to NZM with a halt @ FDB.
PRYJ - NZM VB will serve more of End 2 End passengers and intermediary stations pax will suffer.
If it yields regular WL, then it can b replaced by 16coacher.
