There are many notoriously late running across the Country; some of them have made delays long enough to hold records, but some of them are very consistent at that. Be it 3 hours or 13 hours, delays are inevitable with these trains. Call it poor controlling, or impractical schedules or lack of priority en-route, certain trains have them all. One among the list of these notorious trains that I have seen and observed for a fairly long time is the Sadbhavana group of trains that connect the border town of Raxaul and the National capital - Delhi.
They...
more... initially ran between Delhi Jn. & Raxaul. Later, they were operated from Delhi Sarai Rohilla. Now, up to pre-Lockdown period, they ran from Delhi's Anand Vihar (T). I have seen these trains arrive at all times of the day; starting from a very rare on time arrival to up to 20 hrs late, yes; you read that right, almost a day. Thus, the late incoming train inadvertently delays the subsequent outgoing train and in a Domino Effect, it continued.
Luckily (for me); I happen to capture this train on 2 different occasions and I am presenting them as a combined clip to you. Enjoy the Chugging.
