since DBDNK-MDU line will run parallel to NH49, extension to ERS will be useful. For that Tunnels needed in Munnar region.
good to hear the work of electrification b/w TVR-KIK and Cuddalore-Mayiladurai will be over by March 2020 so hopefully by april/may 2020 we can see elocos on MS-TVR-KIK route and trains like kamban express will get elocos
