Yes & No :D
When the erstwhile EIR Asansol Division was divided into Dhanbad and Mughalsarai divisions in the 1940-50s, the lines were suitably named as :-
1. ASN-JSME-JAJ-DNR-MGS (HWH DLI MAIN LINE ) { It is never the 'Howrah-New Delhi line', New Delhi came up much later and branches of the HWH-DLI line at Sahibabad Jn, it has always been 'Howrah- Delhi junction' line}
2....
more... RNG-ASN-STN-DHN-JRI (Raniganj-Jharia Coalfield line)
3. DHN-CRP-BKRA-CPU-SGRL (Coal India Corridor)
4. DHN-GAYA-MGS (Grand Chord)
With Dhanbad losing it's junction status, the 2nd & 3rd line have faded into history, so technically now the Grand Chord extends from Sitarampur to Mughalsarai, but until 15/06/2017 GC line extended from DHN-MGS only :D
