In the food stall by Rail aahar, there is no concern for change. Though the prices appear cheap, the quantity is less; but have to agree its ok when compared to other outlets.
Rathna cafe is open till 1:30 AM and starts again at around 3:45AM. Be ware that the parcel idlis in boxes are something in the shelf till they get sold. Morning few boxes of idlis and sambar vessels arrive. But they are served for the people who consume it there only. If you want parcel, you will get old stock for sure.
