Hie... I had a confirmed train booking in 13201 ..travel date 3rd July 2015. I had lost my original PRS ticket and had got a duplicate reissued.
Now, when I reached the station, it turns out that the train was cancelled!! When I went to get a refund, they outrightly said that since it was a duplicate ticket, they cannot entertain queries for refund!!
Any member kind enough to let me know what can be done now??
