On 12.05.2015 the HWH bound Shatabdi Exp was late by 1hour 30 mins and it entered at PF 23 of HWH...
more... with VSKP WAM-4 21350 in charge at about 15.15 pm. Accordingly it departed from HWH with VSKP WAM-4 in charge at 16.05pm.(1hour 40 mins late) and reached Puri at 00.15hrs(2hours 5 mins late) at PF 1A on 13.05.2015. My coach was C6. It was a very pathetic experience as because there is "NO WATER SUPPLY" in the Lavatories of the Coach. The Coach and the Vestibule was uncleaned. Foul smell emitting from the Lavatories. I had a chat with our Coach Attendant regarding these issues but he told me that if I am unsatisfied then please lodge complain to the TTE. But it was a pleasant Surprise that "NOT A SINGLE ON BOARD TTE AND CLEANING STAFF WERE FOUND IN OUR COACH OF THIS TRAIN FROM HWH TO PURI" on that very day. I enquired about the reason of using VSKP WAM-4 in place of SRC WAP-4 for this train but he told that he didn't know about the reason(Already on 11.05.15 this train entered Puri on 02.15AM due to breakdown of WAM-4 before Jajpur). But he agreed with me that HWH Puri route has RDSO Clearance for running WAP-7 with such Important Trains but neither ECOR nor SER pay heed to this matter. But the Food provided to us were GOOD. Lunch taken from Balasore was also GOOD and the behavior of the Staffs were GOOD these plus points were the "OASIS" in the DESERT of so many Negetivities of this Train on that Day.
