Dear rt2nil Sir
A few suggestions made most humbly, please feel free to ignore if you disagree with any, or all, of them.
1. please write in a language us linguistically-challenged people can understand
2. avoid excessive usage of punctuation marks
3....
more... avoid making sweeping statements like 'SER is forced to provide LHB rake' etc? This is as much an unsubstantiated statement as the allegation you are casting upon others.
4. Dont get too defensive or aggressive. You have a right to present an opinion, others have a right to counter you, even if you dont like their response
.
Dear Pradyu,
A few suggestions made most humbly, please feel free to ignore if you disagree
1. if you find a member exhibiting a trend or fascination towards something, don't react to their statements. You dont have to engage them in a discussion which is bound to get heated
2. Make factual arguments and make extra efforts to not let emotions or personal commentary creep into your messages. I know its difficult and we are all guilty of the same transgression multiple times, but restraint is the hallmark of a gentleman
.
Peace!
