Two women boarded the coach and then exited, followed by a young man who snatched Shweta's chain and jumped off the moving train. They contacted the GRP at Cantt Railway station, but were pressured to file a missing report instead of a robbery report. The GRP SP has taken cognizance of the incident and has ordered an investigation.
