advocated for increased workload at Jamalpur Workshop, a new station or halt on the bypass railway line near Ratanpur-Munger, and the commencement of the Jamalpur-Umesh Nagar double track line and the second rail bridge over the Ganges. Additional requests included extending the Ang Express service, operating the Rajgir-Kiul special train through Jamalpur-Munger, laying the Bariarpur-Mananpur railway line, running MEMU trains between Munger-Khagaria-Begusarai, and extending the Bhagalpur-Katihar train route. The GM assured Mandal that he would forward the requests to the Railway Board for consideration.

Unhone Jamalpur Workshop mein workload badhane, Ratanpur-Munger ke paas bypass railway line pe ek naya station ya halt banane, aur Jamalpur-Umesh Nagar double track line aur Ganges pe dusra rail bridge start karne ke liye bhi demand rakhi. Iske alawa unhone Ang Express service ko extend karne, Rajgir-Kiul special train ko Jamalpur-Munger se chalaane, Bariarpur-Mananpur railway line lay karne, Munger-Khagaria-Begusarai ke beech MEMU trains chalane, aur Bhagalpur-Katihar train route ko extend karne ki bhi demand rakhi. GM ne Mandal ko assure kiya ki woh in demands ko Railway Board ke pass consideration ke liye forward karenge.

The Howrah-Gaya Vande Bharat Express will leave Gaya at 3:15 PM and reach Howrah at 9:05 PM. The train will stop at Durgapur, Asansol, Dhanbad, Parasnath and Koderma stations in both directions. The Howrah-Bhagalpur Vande Bharat Express will run daily except Fridays, with regular service beginning on September 17. It will leave Howrah at 7:45 AM and reach Bhagalpur at 2:05 PM. The train has executive and chair car classes and will stop at Jasidih, Kiul, Nawada, Gaya, Sasaram, and Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. The train will depart from Deoghar at 3:15 PM and arrive in Varanasi at 10:30 PM. The return train will depart from Varanasi at 6:20 AM and arrive in Deoghar at 1:40 PM. On the same day, PM Modi will also inaugurate two other Vande Bharat Express trains, one between Gaya and Howrah, and another between Bhagalpur and Howrah, through video conferencing. These trains will start regular operations from September 16th as well.
