The Sampoorna Kranti Express was delayed by 14 hours. 24 trains to and from Patna on Monday experienced delays, and the Mahananda Express was canceled. While the Tejas Rajdhani and Sampoorna Kranti Express departed on time from Patna on Monday, the situation in Delhi and other cities where visibility was low due to fog impacted flight services to and from Patna, causing further delays and cancellations.
