He further requested the upgrade of Bhadravathi railway station, restoration of the bi-weekly special train (06223/24), introduction of a Yeshvanthpur-Shivamogga-Yeshvanthpura Vande Bharath Express, and conversion of the Bengaluru-Shivamogga special train (16581/16582) into a daily train.
