Ballia is not in Bihar though.
Ballia got daily train to Mumbai with better Average Speed. Kamayini was the only train from Varanasi in which getting seat was easy. Hence it will be beneficial for Ballia as Ballia was only dependend on Pawan and that Ballia Dadar was taking more than enough time to cover the distance plus with consisitent delay.
