But according to IRFCA mailing list archives and /blog/post/1999793 this blog post, it was inaugurated on 31 August 1999, as 2141/42 Kurla - Patna Bi-Weekly Superfast Express.

Can mods please change the inaugural date for accuracy?

First Step towards 130 of BSL-PRYJ Section.Et-knw-Et Section Approved for 130. Increase in MPS of following trains from 110 to 130.Interesting thing is that j-cpr is also in the list which means it is lhb but here at iri it is updated as icf train
