TO MEMU SERVICES

to 8-car MEMU (Main Line Electrical Multiple Units) services with revised Train Numbers with effect from 25.07.2018.
1) Train Nos. 56509 / 56510 Marikuppam – KSR Bengaluru – Marikuppam Passenger will be converted to Train No.66545 / 66546 Marikuppam – KSR Bengaluru – Marikuppam MEMU
2) Train Nos. 56505 / 56506 Bangarpet – Marikuppam – Bangarpet Passenger will be converted to Train Nos. 66547 / 66548 Bangarpet – Marikuppam – Bangarpet MEMU
3) Train Nos. 16519/16520 Jolarpettai – KSR Bengaluru – Jolarpettai Express will run as 16519/16520 Jolarpettai – KSR Bengaluru – Jolarpettai Express (with MEMUs instead of conventional rake)
The composition of the MEMU will be 6 Motor Cars and 2 Trailing Cars (Total-8 Cars)
Note: - Rake means the set of coaches which together forms a train.
