Know the TL system first. WL stamp will not be given by any TL monitor. All TLs will be in WL stamp automatically after their creation. TL Monitors will give confirm stamp if TL is correct. If the TL has mistake/it is wrong then it fixit stamp will be given

We don't need to use words like Idiot etc here and not specially if we don't know the process. If we feel that process is wrong or we are unaware, we always have the privilege to ask/speak without bashing anyone.

Actually this was happening quite often with my every TL update. As there are TL Monitors I expected all process of TL will be done by them only. As many of my previous TL updates took a ample time for verification without any WL or CNF. When the above update put hold on WL within minutes it's obvious for me to consider someone did it without verification. Anyway now that I know how it's work I don't have any reason to bash anyone
