teams of GRP and RPF patrolled the area from Panki to Bhaupur. The Vande Bharat Express departed from Kanpur Central slightly delayed and was targeted while entering Panki station. The stone hit the window of the C-7 coach, causing it to break. Several passengers were frightened and ducked down. The RPF Panki in-charge said a case was registered against unknown individuals for damaging railway property. The 22435 Vande Bharat Express, operating between Varanasi and Delhi, is the longest 20-coach Vande Bharat in the NCR. The areas between Panki-Bhaupur on the Delhi route and Chakeri-Prempur on the Howrah route are known for stone-throwing incidents. Vande Bharat Express is a frequent target, with seven incidents in a year.

Isse coach ke yaatri dar gaye, aur kai yaatri apni seats se niche jhuk gaye. RPF Panki ke in-charge ne bataaya ki driver aur TTE ne control room ko inform kiya, aur RPF ne anjaan logon ke khilaf railway property ko damage karne ke case register kiya. Varanasi se Delhi chali jaane wali 22435 Vande Bharat Express, NCR ki sabse lambi 20 coaches wali Vande Bharat hai. Panki aur Prempur ka area sensitive hai. Delhi route pe Panki se Bhaupur aur Howrah route pe Chakeri se Prempur station ke beech pattharbaazi ki ghatnaen hoti hain. Vande Bharat Express ko sabse zyada nishana banaya jaata hai. Ek saal mein sirf Vande Bharat Express pe hi dono jagah 7 baar pattharbaazi ho chuki hai.

The central station authorities are sending a list of staff for mela duty. ACM (Assistant Commissioner of Metropolitan) Santosh Kumar Tripathi stated that approximately 100 personnel will be dispatched from Kanpur for the Kumbh Mela. Additional staff will be assigned upon demand from Prayagraj. Kanpur Central, Govindpuri, and Panकीधाम stations fall on the Delhi-Prayagraj route, leading to the preparation of special trains for devotees from the surrounding areas.
