Its route includes Pathancot, Ludhiana, Ambala, Delhi, Tundla, Prayagraj, Varanasi, DDU, Gaya, Koderma, Hazaribagh Road, Parasnath, and Gomoh. However, popular trains like 12302 Howrah Rajdhani, 12314 Sealdah Rajdhani, 12382 Purva Express, 12312 Netaji Express, 12260 Bikaner Sealdah Duronto, and 12324 Barmer-Howrah are all experiencing waiting lists from October 20th to November 4th.

Tuesday from Dhanbad and every Wednesday from Jammu Tawi, from October 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2025. The train consists of 20 third AC coaches. The 03309 Dhanbad-Jammu Tawi Special Express departs Dhanbad at 10:10 AM every Tuesday and reaches Jammu Tawi at 9:30 PM on Wednesday. The return train, 03310 Jammu Tawi-Dhanbad Special Express, departs Jammu Tawi at 11:30 PM every Wednesday and reaches Dhanbad at 2:00 PM on Friday.

in berth number 66, also reported the theft of her purse and other belongings. Passengers took to Twitter, informing the Railway Ministry and RPF about the incident and requesting urgent help. However, a TTE arrived much later and seemed incapable of offering any assistance. Senior DSE of Dhanbad division, Anurag Meena, confirmed the theft in AC coach B-5. The GRP team, having arrived at the scene, claimed to have recovered most of the stolen items and was investigating the matter. They promised a clearer picture within a day or two. Passengers reported that only a few security personnel were on duty and that RPF personnel were absent. B-SAP personnel, under BMP control, were deployed for security. After the train reached Gaya station, passengers demanded action from the RPF, but the officers delayed the process. Neetu Nandan, the victim, consistently called her own phone from another passenger's device, but received no response. She repeatedly requested technical assistance, but the RPF officers claimed the railway lacked high-tech facilities. Finally, the victims filed a complaint at the GRP station in Patna, which was later transferred to Koderma.
