While returning, he was struck by the freight train. Local residents identified the body and informed his family and the police. The police arrived and took possession of the body, sending it for a post-mortem. Chunar Station House Officer Ravindra Bhushan Maurya confirmed the death due to the train accident.

Railway's Prayagraj division. The station is being inaugurated with the start of the Rajdhani Express's stop, which will begin on October 6th at 1:10 AM. There are plans to increase the frequency of the train from its current once-a-week operation to three days or even daily. The increase is contingent upon the completion of double-line construction on the Chunar-Chopan section, which will increase the capacity for train travel. This project is currently under construction.

yeh request ki thi. Rajdhani Express ka yeh stop October 6th ko raat 1:10 baje shuru hoga. Iske sath hi, train ki frequency ko bhi badhaane ki planning hai, abhi toh yeh train hafte mein ek din chalti hai, lekin isko badhakar 3 din ya daily bhi kiya ja sakta hai. Yeh double-line construction pe depend karta hai, jo Chunar-Chopan section pe chal raha hai aur yeh kaam khatam hone par train travel ke liye zyada capacity aayegi.

The Rajdhani will depart from New Delhi on October 5th and reach Sonbhadra railway station at 1:38 AM (on October 6th). It will halt for two minutes before departing. Since the day changes after 12 AM, the stopover will be considered as taking place on October 6th.
