Both trains have AC, sleeper, and general class coaches. Ticket booking for train numbers 09656 and 04714 will begin on October 9th at all passenger reservation centers and on the IRCTC website.

The South Eastern Railway is running the special train to accommodate the rush of passengers during the festive season. Several other Puja Special trains have also been announced, including Mumbai-Santragachi (October 29th to November 7th), Santragachi-Ajmer (September 30th to November 21st), Gondia-Patna (November 3rd and 5th), Santragachi-Vasco Da Gama (November 16th), and Santragachi-Dongargarh (October 4th and 10th). The railway zone is also adding sleeper and general coaches to several trains from Mumbai, Delhi, and other routes, starting in October. This will provide additional convenience for regular passengers.
