Saxena went to Matha station for duty on Wednesday evening and was crossing the down track near pole number 1049/4 in the railway yard when the accident occurred. The GRP has initiated an investigation and is awaiting the post-mortem report for further action.

Wednesday sham ko duty pe jane ke liye woh Matha station gaya tha aur railway yard mein pole number 1049/4 ke paas down track cross karte hue train se takkar ho gayi aur uski maut ho gayi.
