Isse train chhutne ki bhi problem aa rahi hai aur kuchh passengers bina ticket ke train mein chad jaate hain. Ticket printing machine bhi kharab hai, isse long queue aur technical issues ho rahi hai. Station pe ATVM bhi kharab hai, though yeh recently lagae gaye the. Commercial department ko in problems ke baare mein pata hai aur woh fix karne ki koshish kar rahe hain.

Unhone kaha ki RPF ko ab aatyadhunik suvidha se laas kiya ja raha hai. Munger aur Jamalpur station ke saath Malda Mandal ke 15 stations ka Amrit Bharat Yojana ke tehat vikas kiya ja raha hai. Yeh kaam tezi se chal raha hai aur December tak kaam pura hone ki sambhavna hai. Unhone dono station par general yaatri suvidha bahal karne ke liye tatkal sambandhit padadhikari ko direction diya.
