After climbing 1001 steps, visitors reach the sanctum sanctorum where they can see Maa Sharda from a distance of 3 feet. The temple also offers a ropeway for convenient access. Aarti timings are at 5:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:30 PM. Maa Sharda rests for an hour from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, during which the sanctum remains closed. Visitors can offer offerings like betel leaves, areca nuts, flags, and coconuts to Maa Sharda. Maihar is well-connected by road, rail, and air. The nearest airport is Prayagraj Airport (215.4 kilometers), followed by Jabalpur's Dumna Airport (162 kilometers). The construction of the Rewa Airport is underway, which will be just 62 kilometers away once completed. The Maihar railway station is 6 kilometers away from the temple. The temple is also accessible by ropeway.

Visitors main entrance se mandir tak wheelchair access ke saath jaa sakte hain. 1001 steps chadhne ke baad, visitors sanctum sanctorum tak pahunchte hain, jahaan se woh Maa Sharda ke darshan 3 feet ki duri se kar sakte hain. Mandir me ropeway bhi hai, jo convenient access provide karta hai. Aarti ka time 5:30 AM, 12:00 PM, aur 7:30 PM pe hai. Ye initiative slow-moving trains pe passengers ko target karne wala mobile phone snatching gang ke issue ko address karne ke liye hai, jisse aksar injuries ya maut tak bhi ho jaati hai. Khirhani Gate pe cameras ke liye poles lagaane ka kaam poora ho chuka hai, aur dusre do locations pe kaam chal raha hai.
