As per the source, RM has declined the proposed extension of Charminar Express. However, he has assured of a new train service from CHZ towards down south (Instead of Charminar extension).

reddylohith22^~ 1011 blog postsextending KCG CGL till NCJ for 4 days/Daily will be better rather sending Charminar, as already KCG CGL/PDY is half ruined and now ruining charminar exp will be worthless. Atleast Charminar/Sambar SF will be dedicated to chennai. Anyways KCG CGL/PDY is mostly being used by Tirupathi Travelers Rather chennai pax. this will create alternative for NCJ pax for TPTY also.
