Dharmadam/DMD, a small station situated near Thalaassery. Dharmadam is where my ancestral home is situated . A recent visit there, nothing has changed much during my childhood days around 30 years back like station building, platforms and the big trees around the station all looks exactly what it was like my childhood days. Only one thing has changed form that time. During those days the station was filled with big bundles of coir fiber to be transported, which are used for making coir products. The station and building was supposed to be built by the Britishers.
