Juggaur is essentially a halt station lying on the outskirts of Lucknow. The national highway to Faizabad passes nearby. In the first image, one can see the ring road connected recently to bypass Lucknow. The main station lies on a lower level since that is where the original MG line once passed through. Last two images shows the decrepit/abandoned images of structures lying in the station complex.

ANALYSIS OF STATIONS IN LUCKNOW

1) Juggaur : A small decrepit shed lying 2 kms from the Faizabad road. I won't call it a 'station' because they would be giving it too much respect. The access road to the station previously resembled a mud drenched, flood stricken thing though it has improved now.

2)Malhaur:

Not much better either. Makes for a good view since NR and NER tracks curve from here. Otherwise, pretty bad.

3) Amausi: Lying technically in the same area as the airport, the difference b/w both is same as the difference b/w London and a village in Africa.

4) Utratia Jn: Currently being developed, and while Shaheed path is nearby, public transport is still hard to come by.

5) Daliganj Jn: The secondary access road to station is a narrow pitlane and the primary one is a wide pitlane. Neither one of them deserves to be called a road. No wonder only passengers stop here. Lies within Lucknow Old City.

6) Manak Nagar: Lying next to a residential area on Kanpur line, an okayish suburban station but no express trains stop(and no expectation in near future as well).

7) Mohibullapur: Originally, an MG line, this station has improved a lot. Access is easy and public transportation is available. Possibly, as trains increase on the LJN-Sitapur route, some might get a stop here.

8) Alamnagar: Lying on LKO-BE route, many trains have stoppage here now and decent amount of folks board from here.

9)Aishbagh: Originally an MG terminal, now the primary station for trains coming from Kanpur towards NER side. While technically only 1 km from LJN, it lies in the residential area and public transport is not good. But the station has been upgraded and is much better than before.

10) Lucknow City: Lying in the heart of old city, few express trains have stoppage here. But the facilities at the station is good and transport is easily available.

11)Gomti Nagar: Lying in the posh area of city, this station has finally being developed(after nearly two decades after the idea was first mooted) as a terminal kinda thing where trains can originate from.

12)Badshah Nagar:Only 3 track and currently one functioning platform;has slums all around it; yet is the most busy suburban station. In some cases, more folks deboard here than at LJN(Gorakhpur ICE empties here). No wonder all trains have stoppage here. Also has a functioning metro station right next to it.

13) LKO/LJN: Lying next to each other, both have dedicated metro stations and transport to almost anywhere is available from here. It's the beating heart of the city.

14) Dilkusha Cabin: Special mention to this crossing. Quite likely that if your train is coming to LKO NR, it will be detained here.

I didn't include stuff like Mohanlanganj or Bakshi ka Takab, since they lie technically on the outskirts or outside the city.

The main rail station(ticket counters, sitting space) lies quite below the 'main' platform. I guess this was due to original MG lines passing from the location. However, when GC was done, BG lines went at a higher level and a makeshift platform was made above. Any folks from this area can confirm this?
