Just now i was reading that Raiways have decided to implement the third line works of KZJ-BPQ, NGP-Wardha and Nergundi-Bhadrak under BOT-Build Operate and Transfer model (January news). Does it mean some firm other than Indian Railways will look into the Operations of these lines, does it mean start of privatisation of Operations of IR ??
