NO of Platforms in GII (Gidhni) station is 3 . the platforms r low in height, not so long enough.small & very close to nature. Up Train stops at PF 1 & down train stops at PF 2. PF 3 is for goods train & for through train passing

South Eastern Railway has decided to provide two minutes temporary stoppage of 12871/12872 Howrah-Titlagarh Ispat Express and 12813/12814 Howrah-Tatanagar Steel Express at Gidhni from 12.10.16 to 16.10.16 for the 129th Birth Advent Anniversary of Sree Sree Thakur Anukul Chandra at Gidhni.
