Today 12398 "MB" stands dagmagpur for more thn 40 min to give way for SK. When mb arrived at "DAP" then sk was around 50 km behind (depart from jigna)...12260 is near abt CNB, all raj Gang all ready crossed. I dnt knw why it is necessary to halt a late running train like this......which makes people suffer. 12149 was also standing next to dagamgpur
