minutes. The War Room receives complaints related to safety, punctuality, water, food, medical assistance, power, cleanliness, parcel, ticketing, passenger amenities, and other issues. Officials from various departments like commercial, operations, RPF, engineering, electrical, and mechanical work in three shifts around the clock to ensure prompt resolution of complaints. In the past week, over 820 complaints have been addressed, including medical assistance, light and water issues in coaches, and security concerns. The initiative aims to provide efficient and quick service to passengers by addressing their complaints within 30 minutes.

ki team hai jo 30 minute ke andar shikayat ko solve karne ka kaam karti hai. War Room me safety, time pe pohochna, pani, khana, medical help, bijli, safai, parcel, ticket, passenger facilities aur aur bhi kai saare issues ki shikayat aati hai. War Room me different department ke officials jaise ki commercial, operations, RPF, engineering, electrical, aur mechanical 24 hours (teen shifts me) duty pe hote hai, jisse shikayat jaldi solve ho jaati hai. Last week me 820 se zyada shikayat ko solve kiya gaya hai, jinme medical help, coach me light aur pani ki problem aur security related shikayat bhi shamil hai. Is initiative ka maqsad passengers ko 30 minute ke andar shikayat solve karke efficient aur jaldi service dena hai.
