uneven weight distribution ki wajah se accident ho sakta hai. Thursday ko, dusri investigation committee banayi gayi. Phele investigation se pata chala ki sabhi wagon khali the, except for 18th wagon, jismein ek taraf 3 meter tak coal bhara tha. Isse lag raha hai ki coal unloading mein kuchh negligence thi. Train ki speed 10 km per hour thi jab yeh patari se utari, aur agar speed 50 km se zyada hoti, toh bada accident ho sakta tha.
