connect the Kashmir Valley to the Indian Railway network. The project was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 20, 2024. The bridge connects Sangaldan in Ramban district to Reasi, and the rail services will begin shortly. The USBRL project, initiated in October 2009, will be fully operational by the end of the year.
