The return train will depart from Rishikesh at 6:15 AM on October 17th and operate every Thursday until November 7th. It will reach Gwalior at 6:10 PM and Hubli at 6:30 AM the next day.
Due to non-interlocking work at Domingarh and Jagatbela stations on the Northeast Railway, the Barouni Mail and Special Barouni trains from Gwalior to Barouni have been canceled. This cancellation will affect passengers traveling home before Diwali.
The following trains have been canceled:
* 11123 Gwalior-Barouni (October 16th to 26th)
* 11124 Barouni-Gwalior (October 17th to 27th)
* 04137 Gwalior-Barouni (October 16th, 20th, 23rd, and 27th)
* 04138 Barouni-Gwalior (October 17th, 21st, 24th, and 28th)
In a separate incident, a fire broke out in the D-5 coach of the Kurukshetra Express (11842) at Eshanagar station while it was traveling from Kurukshetra to Khajuraho. Passengers noticed smoke, pulled the chain, and informed the station master. The fire was extinguished, and no injuries were reported. The train was delayed by an hour and continued to Chhatarpur. The incident occurred around 7:45 AM on Sunday, when the train was 15 kilometers from Chhatarpur. The fire was caused by an overheated motor belt. The train was inspected, and the belt was replaced before it resumed its journey.

Alag se ek incident me, Kurukshetra se Khajuraho jaane wali Kurukshetra Express (11842) ki D-5 coach me Eshanagar station par achanak aag lag gayi. Passengers ne dhuwan dekha, chain kheench kar train rok di aur station master ko aag lagne ki khabar di. Aag par kabu pa liya gaya, aur koi bhi injury nahi hui. Train ek ghanta late chali, aur Chhatarpur ke liye jaari rahi. Ye incident Sunday subah karieb 7:45 baje hua, jab train Chhatarpur se 15 kilometer door Eshanagar pahunchi thi. Aag motor belt ke overheated hone ki wajah se lagi. Train ki jaanch ki gayi aur belt ko badal kar train ko apni journey ke liye jaari kiya gaya.
