Sabroom, the last southern town in the state, but argue that a stop at Belonia is crucial due to its importance as a trade and immigration gateway with Bangladesh. Belonia also holds historical significance from the British era with rail connectivity to Feni, now in Bangladesh. A stop at Belonia would benefit the residents of a large area in south Tripura who need to travel to Kolkata and other places for medical and business purposes.

decision ko appreciate kar rahe hain, jo state ka last southern town hai, lekin woh Belonia mein ek stop ki bhi demand kar rahe hain, kyonki woh Bangladesh ke saath trade and immigration ka gateway hai. Belonia ka British era se historical significance bhi hai, jab Belonia aur Feni (ab Bangladesh mein) ke beech rail connectivity thi. Belonia mein ek halt hone se south Tripura ke ek bada area ke residents ko bahut fayda hoga, jinhe medical and business purpose ke liye Kolkata aur dusre jagah jaana padta hai.
