estate companies, offering incentives like increased Floor Area Ratio (FAR) in exchange for developing these properties. Additionally, advertising opportunities on Metro stations and pillars will be offered to generate revenue and further boost the city's commercial landscape. The TOD policy, introduced in Haryana in 2017, allows developers to purchase FAR to construct buildings within 800 meters of the Metro pillars. The policy promotes the integration of residential and commercial properties near transit routes, encouraging walking and public transport usage. The 28.5-kilometer Metro project, costing approximately 5452 crores, will feature 27 stations, connecting key locations like Millennium City Center, Sector 45, Cyber Park, Sector 47, Subhash Chowk, Sector 48, Sector 72A, Hero Honda Chowk, Udyog Vihar Phase VI, Sector 10, Sector 37, Basai, Sector 101, and Sector 9.

Isse yeh bhi hota hai ki alag-alag land use ki jaaye aur public transport use karne ko promote kiya jaaye. GMRL ne real estate companies ke saath yeh partnership ki hai, jismein unhe increased Floor Area Ratio (FAR) diya ja raha hai, yeh sab isliye ki woh in areas mein buildings banaye. Iske saath hi, Metro stations aur pillars pe ads lagaane ke bhi opportunities diye ja rahe hain, jisse revenue aayega aur city ka commercial scene aur behtar hoga. TOD policy, Haryana mein 2017 mein launch kiya gaya tha, iske under developers Metro pillars ke dono taraf 800 meter ke andar buildings banane ke liye FAR buy kar sakte hain. Yeh policy transit routes ke paas residential and commercial properties banane ko promote karta hai, jisse log walk karke stations tak ja sake aur public transport use kare. 28.5 kilometer ka yeh Metro project, jiska cost 5452 crores hai, isme 27 stations banenge, yeh Millennium City Center, Sector 45, Cyber Park, Sector 47, Subhash Chowk, Sector 48, Sector 72A, Hero Honda Chowk, Udyog Vihar Phase VI, Sector 10, Sector 37, Basai, Sector 101, aur Sector 9 jaise important locations ko connect karega.
