are expected to be restored by early morning on October 13th. Restoration efforts involve re-railing derailed coaches, removing debris, and restoring track infrastructure. The Southern Railway has deployed heavy equipment, accident relief trains, and medical teams to the site. The rescue operation is being conducted with the help of the NDRF, Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services Department, state police, RPF, and GRP personnel. The General Manager is overseeing the relief efforts to ensure timely completion.
