Kolkata Metro Gears Up For Durga Puja Rush With 248 Special Services Till 4 AM

To accommodate the anticipated surge in passengers during Durga Puja, the Kolkata Metro will implement special service schedules. 174 services will run from 1 pm to midnight. On Sasthi (October 9th), 288 services will operate from 6:50 am to midnight. The Green Line - 1 (Sector V to Sealdah) will have 64 services on Saptami-Ashtami/Navami, 48 on Dashami, and 106 on Sasthi. The Green Line - 2 (Howrah Maidan to Esplanade) will operate 118 services on Saptami-Ashtami/Navami, 80 on Dashami, and 118 on Sasthi.
