Maha Kumbh Mela 2025: Indian Railways to run nearly 1,000 special trains to Prayagraj, says Ashwini Vaishnaw

Indian Railways is preparing for the Maha Kumbh Mela 2025 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. To accommodate the influx of devotees, nearly 1,000 special trains will run from January 12 to February 28, 2025. The railways are investing ₹495 crore to upgrade tracks and facilities for passengers.
