While on the loop line at Premnagar station, the loco pilot Dev Anand Gupta and assistant loco pilot C.B. Singh saw a gas cylinder on the track. They immediately applied emergency brakes and stopped the train before reaching the cylinder. The incident was reported to the control room and relevant departments.

hue emergency brake lagake maalgadi rok di, aur control room ko iski khabar di. Yeh incident Premnagar railway station ke pass, subah 6:00 baje ke aas-paas hua. JTTN maalgadi Kanpur se Prayagraj ki taraf aa rahi thi. Jab woh Premnagar station par loop line pe a rahi thi, tab train mein kaam karne wale loco pilot Dev Anand Gupta aur assistant loco pilot C.B. Singh ne signal se thodi door pe ek gas cylinder rakha hua dekha. Unhone bina deri kiye emergency brake lagake train ko cylinder se pehle rok liya. Control room aur sambandhit departments ko iski jaankari di gayi.
