Lekin court ne practical solutions ki zarurat pe zor diya, yeh accept kiya ki passengers ki tadad bahut zyada hai aur infrastructure purana hai. Court ne Central aur Western Railways ke general managers se affidavits maangi hai ki woh passenger safety ko improve karne ke liye kya kadam uthaye hain. Court 8 hafte baad is PIL pe fir se sunwayi karega.
