Chamaraja Wadiyar also met with the Minister recently. Simha had contested the Lok Sabha election from Mysuru-Kodagu but lost to Yaduveer. Although he lost the election, he has shown his continued commitment to the development of his constituency by directly approaching the Minister about the railway station project. Separately, Attika Babu, a director of Attika Gold Company, has been arrested in Tumkur for accepting stolen gold ornaments.

Yeh sab current MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar ne bhi Minister se recently milke kaam karne ki demand karne ke baad hua hai. Simha ne Mysuru-Kodagu se Lok Sabha elections ladhe the, lekin woh Yaduveer se haar gaye. Election haarne ke baad bhi, unhone apne constituency ke development ke liye Minister se directly milke railway station project ke baare mein baat ki hai. Alag se, Attika Gold Company ke director, Attika Babu ko Tumkur mein stolen gold ornaments accept karne ke case mein arrest kiya gaya hai.

Udyan extension to MYS is extremely unnecessary. MYS cant fill even intrastate trains except Bangalore. So what's the need to snatch the dedicated train of Bangalore to Mumbai and running till MYS which wont even contribute 10% of overall revenue generated

Current MP and Ex MP should try for new trains from Mysore, instead of asking extensions of highly popular daily trains.
Only one good extension happened was KCG SBC to MYS. All others are waste. Mysore has became a dump yard of Bangalore.
Unable to make out whether anyone travels in Basava from Mysore to Bagalkot/ Bijapur with it's question mark type route criss crossing 3 zones.

Golgumbaz (SBC UBL BJP SUR) was spoiled by extending to Mysore on one side and to Pandharpur on other side. Why can't the MP/ Ex MP demand cancellation of this C U Z N ? shaped trains and ask them run on proper routes?
Anyone travel from Hubli to Mysore in Hampi express?
KCVL SBC extended to Mysore. But see the pathetic timetable on return journey. Is it useful for Mysore public? Slower than the slowest passenger train.
Why can't they ask for a new MYS NDLS train via SBC KCG NGP route?
Why can't they ask for a separate Mysore Mumbai train (let it be via SBC) from SWR, instead of spoiling Udyan?
Why can't they ask for extension of some of the Manglore terminating trains from TVC to MYS?
