by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav after extending the Maury Express from Ranchi to Sambalpur. The notification for the new service was issued on March 15th, but its operation was delayed due to the Lok Sabha elections. The train will depart from Ranchi every Friday and will pass through Muri, Bokaro Steel City, Chandrapura, Dhanbad, Chittaranjan, Jamtara, Madhupur, Jasidih, Jhajha, Kiul, Mokama, Patna Sahib, Patna, Pataliputra, Digha, Chhapra, Siwan, Bhatni, and Deoria Sadar before reaching Gorakhpur.
