Unhonne yeh bhi kaha ki loco pilots ke liye air-conditioned cabins honi chahiye, aur female loco pilots ke liye cabins mein alag toilet ki vyavastha honi chahiye. Iske alawa, unhonne railway hospitals se serious patients ko multi-specialty hospitals mein refer karne ke liye ek transparent system ki maang ki, aur railway hospitals mein specialists ki kami ko dur karne ki jarurat bhi bataayi.
