Chhatarpur district. The GRP personnel present at the station during the attack have been accused of inaction and even verbally abusing the victim's father, who sought their help. The baby's father, Lekhram Adivasi, had arrived at the station with his family from Delhi via Gondwana Express and was preparing to travel to Madiado when the incident occurred.
