accessibility standards ko meet nahi karte. Court ne CMRL ko yeh bhi order diya hai ki woh station layout maps public ke liye available karein, khaas karke disability wale passengers ki help ke liye. Court ne infrastructure mein accessibility ko shuru se hi build karne ki importance par zor diya hai, taaki baad mein costly modifications na karne pade.
