ki ummid hai, piling work start hone ka ceremony bhi ho chuka hai. Officials ko initial delays ke baad bhi progress pe bharosa hai, equipment aur resources mobilize kiye ja rahe hain jisse construction process jaldi ho sake. Is disruption ki wajah se 3-4 mahine ka delay hua hai, lekin efforts chal rahe hain ki future mein aise delays na hon aur project time pe complete ho.
